Presentation

This seminar works since 1997. His object is not the study of "decolonization" by the top, but the study of this situation of transition in his concrete holding : the passage of the colonial administrations to those of the new States, the actors and the implemented models, the part of inheritances and of reinvented, in the turn of the years 1950-1960. Attention is turned at an instant of the history of Africa, but also at a reflexion on the training of the contemporary State on this continent.
