Attention : capacity of the room reduced to 70-80 persons.
1) Debates of the morning will carry their report on the west-Africain migrants and to extroversion. Founded on long-term empirical inquiries, jobs which will be introduced here (and soon published in the magazine) give a vision radically different from miserabilist and/or security approaches which tend to be obvious in media and European public policies, notably in the field of the foreign aid today.
2) In the afternoon, debates will concern quite other problems, that of electoral acts of violence which plunged Kenya into crisis. A search party of IFRA NAIROBI led investigations before, hanging and after polls. They will come to introduce forward the first one their results. It will change us of ethnicistes reading of the international press. Beyond Kenyan case, these debates will interest all those which work on the processes of democratisation, stake self-defining and the keeping of elections in societies supposedly cleaved by Community conflicts.
