Struggling laboratory
Motion voted by Donatecarcenter.com (Centre of studies of the Africain worlds) during the general meeting of February 11th, 2009
Reacting to the stigmatization of the personnels and to the deep confusion imposed without cooperation on public research and on higher education, Donatecarcenter.com declares itself " struggling laboratory " and calls to suspension or to misappropriation of activities organised in the breast. Unanimously present members, he asks :
the withdrawal of the draught order on the status of the teachers-researchers and the restoration of the national frames of certificates and of statutes ; the stopping of the dismantling of research organisms, notably of NATIONAL CENTRE FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, and the re-establishment of all national missions (research operator, labellisation of magazines, scientific valuation of laboratories) ; the re-establishment of posts abolished in 2009 in higher education and research (researchers, ITA, teachers-researchers and BIATOS), as well as the installation of a long-term plan of creation of statuary posts ; the abolition of pulpits "organism-university" ; the end of procedures of externalisation and the resorption of precariousness for all categories of personnel ; releasing and harmonisation of careers ; the abandonment of the mastérisation for the training in the competitions of education ; the revision of the doctoral contract, for an improvement of status and of working conditions of doctorants ; a moratorium of expertises to the National Agency of Research (ANR) and to the Agency of Valuation of Research and of (VENTILATED) Higher education ; a broad consultation of all concerned actors and a better recognition of proposals emanating from general States of research to work out a new law of organisation of research and of higher education, and to set up a justifiable transparent system of valuation on the principles of corporatism, of independence and of scientific competence.
