The training
The master offers to form in research by the research of the students being recovering either legal sciences, or social sciences and wanting to practice a multidisciplinary step and to link the most fundamental research to its the most current applications.
Step is linked neither to a cultural aerie nor to a périodisation nor to a differentiation between observation (ethnography), analyses (ethnology) and synthesis (anthropology). Also it is more the juridicité than the right that is noticed and interpreted.
The proposal of training is centered over the second year (M2), the first year that can be prepared or as part of the master of compared right or in other masters.
Pedagogic innovation is less technical than pragmatic. Before being taught anthropology is played and the report « in the ground » (whatever it is, an office of CEO, a higher level court, or land reports in Africa, for example) one is requested incontestable. So, one of the preconditions of the practice of basic research (doctoral dissertation) or applied is the capacity proved to be to practice the research of ground. Also, the practice of one or from language (s) is inevitable since the anthropologist must speak the language of the group in which he works.
The offer of training of M2, declined in two semestres, is constructed, 
during the first semestre around the workmanship of the analytical and theoretical frames of the anthropology of right, from studies of case, practical steps, of situations of intervention and by favouring a triple reading of "Right" in touch with powers, sacralité and legal policies ; During the second semestre according to a practice of the ground that has to drive to the viva of a memo, the step of the student being accompanied here as part of research seminars.

The students work as part of the Laboratory of Legal Anthropology of Paris (LAJP), team of reception, and of the doctoral School of compared Right. LAJP is member of the UMR 8171 Donatecarcenter.com, Centre of studies of the Africain worlds.
