Master of Right Right, mention compared, research speciality Africain Studies, option ' Africain Rights'
The training
The course of training is mainly conceived around the objective of the training in Africain rights, in a comparative perspective justified by the history of these different contemporary systems of right on the Continent.
In this logic, the building of the year M1 is organised in a step first of all specialist in comparative linguistics and "general practitioner" ; she must allow to understand stakes of the diversity of the systems of rights, at the same time as states of right, and as references. The introduction of the approach of Africain rights is inserted there only as a way to sensitise the students in these last ; this stage aims therefore at informing and at giving a first culture ad hoc to those who do not come from the Continent.
Important stage is rather that of M2 who is that where the option Africain Rights is going to be indeed built.
Lessons are widely centered on the Public law which is the axle currently favoured by DEA Africain Studies, and that at the same time is the axle which must allow reflexion, analyses and researches concerning the State of Right. It is a question in fact of appreciating better, of locating, of analysing, contemporary modes of evolution of the systems of Africain rights until then widely destabilised by strong oppositions between the Right of Law and that of practices.
This year M2 must therefore be reserved for motivated students whose plan of training has a sense with regard to their professional future plan, whatever is this one, and at the same time who are likely to contribute to this evolution of the systems of Africain rights recalled higher.
