Research course
Having stayed two years in Ethiopia (1975-1977), JACKY BOUJU began from 1979 researches of ground on Dogon of Mali who made the object of its doctoral dissertation. After his allocation in 1982 to the University of Ouagadougou in the Burkina Faso where he taught anthropology, he followed his researches of ground in the country Dogon on the history of the population and the processes of ethnogenèse, land conflicts and the access to resources. In 1990, he joined the department of anthropology of the University of Provence and UMR SHADYC in Marseilles where he was responsible for the GDR 940 "History of the Population in the Curl of Niger" and of three Incentive Research concerted actions. Having participated from 1995 in the creation of the Institute of Africain Studies (UMR 6124) in MMSH of Aix-en-Provence, he joined JEAN-LOUIS TRAUD and his team in 2000. He is deputy manager of the Donatecarcenter.com-Aix and responsible for the professional Master today "Anthropology and jobs of the sustainable development" and European exchanges SOCRATES-ERASMUS in the department of anthropology of the University of Provence in MMSH. He runs the publication of the online Newsletter of anthropology and of History of Africa Clio there @frique and is joint manager of publication with GIORGIO BLUNDO of the Newsletter of APAD.
