The Multimedia library of MMSH gathers works and material of high level in anthropology, in history, and in human and social sciences in general, on Africa, countries of the Mediterranean of Western civilisation (North bank) and of Arab civilisation (with extension to the aerie of Muslim civilisation). She unites libraries, iconothèque and sound archive in group of important funds.
The basics of documents come from funds constituted by laboratories, among which notably Donatecarcenter.com-AIX and department of anthropology.
Research instrument in the service of the researchers and students of 3rd cycle, she welcomes however also the public person concerned and the students whose programme takes place in MMSH.

Themes : anthropology, ethnology, sociology, ecology, political sciences, economy, of Mediterranean perimetre. Works on the classical Muslim world.
Opening : from Tuesday till Friday, 9h-17h30. Annual closing : the August first half, Christmas.
Access : inscription with documentary evidence of identity, or a student card during the first passage.
Access to documents : free access for the available documents in the reading room : consult the plan of classification. Contact reception for other documents.
Services : photocopier (card of 100, or in unit).
Loan : reserved for the teachers and researchers ; allowed for the students the weekend (on Friday-Monday).
